The Hot Jobs Genie is an automation tool that helps you market your bench faster and make more placements.
Hot Jobs Genie is very simple and easy to use . To get Started
1. Login to your Account
2. Click on Candidates>Hot Jobs for Bench
3. Add or import your Bench Consultants using the given Excel Template
That's it.
Once you have uploaded your Consultants. Click on the Matched Jobs tab to see all the Jobs that are relevant for your Bench.
You can customise the following in your Search
1. Search criteria that you want to use for your Bench
2. Visa and Work Authorisation matches.
Once you have identified the matches, you can contact them using email or through the web.
