You can now add profiles to you Talent pool and enable to them to be searched and shared with your team. Storing CVs on Computer Drives has limitations.
- CVs are available to only one person
- CV's Downloaded on from your Company's Job board Access are not shareable
- There is no adequate Backup of CVs.
Here's how you can upload Candidate Resumes your Wisestep Account on the Cloud from your Hard Disk
1. Go to "Candidates" in the Menu
2. Select "Import Candidates"
3. Select "Upload from Device"
4. Fill out the Team name and Country of Candidates ( for more accurate Parsing)
5. Click in the Middle of the Box and Select the CVs to upload ( Upload a maximum of 1000 CVs in a single batch)
6. Click on " Start upload"
All profiles once uploaded will appear in your Candidates Talent Pool Section

1. Go to "Candidates" in the Menu
2. Select "Import Candidates"
3. Select "Upload from Spread Sheets"
4. Map the Columns of your Spreadsheet to those on Wisestep
5. Click on "Save"
6. Click on " Start upload"
All profiles once uploaded will appear in your Candidates Talent Pool Section
