TechFetch candidate search is integrated into the Wisestep platform. You can not get access to over a million plus candidates from Wisestep.
- Download Once, Access Lifetime: The profiles which you view once on Wisestep+Techfetch are downloaded to your talent pool(i.e you candidate database on wisestep). A profile viewed will not be downloaded ever again(unless there is an update). This is expected to save upto 20% of monthly investment on job boards. The resumes are indexed and are searchable using keywords, boolean, email, skills and more.
- One Account, Multiple Users: An account configured on Wisestep+Techfetch can be shared with your colleagues. All the shared users can access the job board at the same time without having to wait for your colleague to handover the account.
- Limit Usage: While sharing an account, you can set daily usage limit to each user.
Requirements
- Wisestep premium subscription
- Diamond plan on TechFetch
- Get Wisestep ATS access enabled from you TechFetch sales representative or https://www.techfetch.com/comfiles/contact.aspx.. If you are facing issues with this step, contact your customer success representative on Wisestep
Configuring TechFetch Account (Must be from the Workspace Admin Login)
#1 Go to App Settings > Apps and Integrations > Native Search.
#2 Click on Add New Account > Add TechFetch Account > Save TechFetch Credentials
#3 Click Edit and enter the emails (of the user with whom you wish to share the account)
#4 Choose daily credits limit and save
Search Candidates
#1 Go to Candidates > Talent Pool > TechFetch
#2 Select TechFetch account
#3 (optional) select the job you are working on
#4 Enter your search criteria along with other filters and search. You should get the candidates who are most relevant on top
#5 Click on view details to see the profile. Candidate's profile is downloaded only if it was not downloaded before.
#6 You can select the job you are working on and map the candidate
