Benefits of Integrating Dice with Wisestep
- All Viewed CVs are Automatically Downloaded : All CVs that you view on Dice are automatically downloaded to your Wisestep Talent Pool and available for Search later. So you view the CV once, and use it many times for Many jobs. Helping you save money on CV Views.
- One Login, Multiple Users : You can share your Job board Login with your Colleagues and all of you can Source CVs Together helping you service jobs faster and improving productivity and Revenue.
- Manage your CV Dice Views with Daily Quota: You can allocate quota of views to each user and manage your usage daily. If some team members want to see the earlier CVs they can be easily found in the Wisestep Talent Pool
A profile viewed will not be downloaded ever again(unless there is an update). This is expected to save upto 20% of monthly investment on job boards.
Requirements
1. Wisestep premium subscription
2. Access to Dice candidates search
Configuring Dice Account (Must be from the Workspace Admin Login)
#1 Go to App Settings > Apps and Integrations > Native Search.
#2 Click on Add New Account > Add Dice Account > Save Dice Credentials
#3 Click Edit and enter the emails (of the user with whom you wish to share the account)
#4 Choose daily credits limit and save
Search Candidates
#1 Go to Candidates > Talent Pool > Dice Search
#2 Select dice account
#3 (optional) select the job you are working on
#4 Enter your search criteria and other filters and search. You should get the candidates who are most relevant on top
#5 Click on view details to see the profile. Candidate's profile is downloaded only if it was not downloaded before.
#6 You can select the job you are working on and map the candidate
