Emails remain the most popular means of communication. Especially in recruitment, you might want to send emails to hundreds of candidates each day. Email templates allow you to automate the email sending process with place holders.
What is a template? How to create one?
Instead of saving templates in word document software, using wisestep email integration suite, you can create templates with dynamic candidate, job and recruiter places holders. For example, instead of writing candidate name, you can use a placeholder {{candidate.name}} in a template. While sending an email, place holders are replaced by the selected candidate's name. There are over 25 place holders which can be used while creating template.
How to send emails to candidates?
Emails sent can be seen at the "emails" page and "email tab" under candidate conversations. All the emails sent from wisestep are shown under Emails page. All the emails sent to a specific candidate are shown under the emails tab, candidates conversations.
Can i send emails using extension?
Yes, you can also send emails through extension.
