Jobs which are posted on your Wisestep account can be published on Monster seamlessly. All you need is to configure your Monster account(one time), add additional information which is required for TechFetch and Publish.
Requirements
1. You need to have Monster duration job posting inventory
2. You need to get your RTP(Real time posting) credentials from Monster support
Configuring your Monster Account
Workspace owned will have access to configure accounts and share to recruiters. To configure an account, go to App Settings > Apps and Integrations > External Job Posting > Monster. Click on "Add New TechFetch Account" button on the top right corner.
Enter RTP credentials provided by Monster and select the default inventory which you wish to use while publishing a job.
Share the configured account with your recruiters. To control the postings, you can set a monthly limit.
Publishing a Job
A job can be published right after posting it on your Wisestep account or from your jobs list. Click on "Post Job Ad" from your jobs list. Confirm the job details and select Monster from Premium Job Boards tab. Select your Monster account and proceed to post.
Fill in all the additional details which are required to publish the job on Monster and post the jobs.
