Here are a few new things you can do on the platform. The size of this document may look scary, i made it an easy read and you will be able to connect well.

Native Search

The platform is integrated with Dice and Careerbuilder resume database. With this integration, you will be able to source candidates from these job boards without leaving the platform. It saves views by downloading only the new profiles and loading other from your downloaded database. For example, the same candidate profile viewed by ten recruiters consumes only one credit.

Customise and Automate Conversations

Conversation history with a candidate can come handy in planning your pitch(regarding a job opportunity). And the way to record the history, on wisestep, is by using recruiter actions and candidate responses. While we provided you with default actions and responses, you can now customise them to fit your workflow.

There is more. You can also add automation to recruiter actions and candidate responses. For example, when you say that CV Reviewed > CV Suitable > Send JD, you can send email instantaneously. Single click instead of switching between four tabs and copying hundreds of words across tabs. This is how it looks...

Currently, two automation are available - Send Email and Update Status - Reject. We will be adding more in next few weeks and months. To Customise go to...

App Settings > CRM > Manage Recruiter Actions

App Settings > CRM > Manage Candidate Response

Quick View your Hiring Pipeline

You don't have to view five pages, do 20 clicks and write to an excel sheet to know the status of your hiring pipeline - candidates in each stage of your hiring process. You can get an idea of hiring pipeline status for single job or all submissions with a single click and a quick glance. This is how it looks...

Customise Your Hiring Pipeline

You can now customise your hiring pipeline(submissions stage and status) based on your workflow. Workspace administrator can add more stages or change the existing ones. All the workspace users will see the changes instantaneously.

App Settings > CRM > Manage Stage Status

Download Data

You can download complete candidates details as an Excel or CSV file. Workspace administrator can customise the download limit and downloadable fields.

App Settings > CRM > Data Download Settings

Upload Candidates

You can upload candidate profiles, saved in your excel file, to the talent pool or map to a job

To upload candidates to your talent pool: Candidates > Import Candidates > Import Candidates (.xls, .xlsx or .csv files < 1MB)

To map candidates to a jobMaximise Job > All Candidates(tab) > Import

Thats all for now. Thank You!

All the unattended notifications will be shown under the bell icon with a badge value representing overdue followups. This change is applicable only for the followups created from today. You will still see the previous UI for all the ones created till now.
